Parking Set system was designed to use combination of several standard typical solutions.
Parking development and construction implemented by ParkingSet is not something brand new, but it turns to a standard three dimensional problem solution. Thus, a technical design practice is now transitioned from the mechanical engineers realm into architectural, construction and parking management level.
Parking Set gives an opportunity of versatile, reliable and highly efficient APCs (APC – automatic parking complexes), both for dedicated users like condominium residents or company workers or for public at large.
The most frequent question we face is the Parking Set equipment cost, its profitability and return on investment. At parking design stage it is essential to consider all details and outline parking capacity based either total floor space, or assumed quantity of customers (or residents) which will result in the final calculation. With the Parking Set technology using APC, the clients can get the utmost result on the area they own, increasing capacity of the space.
Parking Set technology can be used to create parking areas in historical centers, in historical heritage buildings and also in already existing underground parking areas. For example, an internal space of a premise which is originally meant for vehicles’ rotation or movement (lines, ramps), now can be properly used vehicles’ storage. Here we take an example of the project we completed with world-famous Mariinsky theatre (in Saint-Petersburg, Russia):
in the underground parking area for 93 vehicle slots (originally designed for a traditional type of automated parking), we were capable of fitting in 146 parking slots. Even more, these slots are of dual use:
they can be used as car parking, or some or all of them can be used as storage units for theatrical decorations and likes.
When thinking of the parking design, today clients usually figure out an underground parking. But we give an opportunity to everyone to consider automatic parking complex as a solution to save space, time and money and get the ultimately best result.
One of the distinctions of our technology during construction process is a unique option of conducting it in a very quiet mode. thise mode allows building residents to feel calm and quite during constructions works which is an unusual and a very attractive thing. Thus we can mount the equipment in any building due to its feature. A decision to undertake Parking Set technology will definitely benefit in creating more parking spaces for further rent or sales, yielding additional return and increasing client’s asset value.
As another example, we designed a parking system for one of our clients in Tel-Aviv (Israel) with an elevator shaft depth of 22 meters. The elevator itself was designed jointly by us and Schneider Electric and Electra (Ottis unit in Israel). The system is working at a speed 1 m/sec. It was mounted inside the building, and it works absolutely the same way as if mounted outside.
On this picture you will see a vehicle approaching an entrance (or a check-in point) of the parking and it goes the same way as in any other parking or service station.
Once vehicle is inside the reception area (check-in box), the driver stops the vehicle, gets out leaving it fully closed in the check-in box and the system takes the vehicle away to the assigned storage unit in the parking area, as it is shown in the video above.

Vehicle return takes not more than 1.5 minutes and works the same was a a check-in but in reverse: the driver calls on vehicle delivery, the system brings the vehicle back to the box with hood already facing exit, and the driver can get into the vehicle, start an engine and leave.
Parking Set is easy to design, it gives less work for architects and engineers, reduces the design and construction phase time. At the same time Parking Set system is easy to understand and follow on all stages.
Parking Set technology operates having an option of vehicle identification and payment process. It allows using any existing system: key, chip, card, sms-payment, visa, mobile phone – anything that allows to include a parking complex into a city net.
Parking Set is a universal solution: it gives an opportunity to mount and place both small and micro parking complexes (from 4-6 parking lots and onward), and also high-speed and high-capacity parking pools in areas with a requirement of hundreds even thousands of parking spaces.
Parking Set can be implemented at any building lifecycle stage. We can be involved at a design stage, or during construction stage. With changing design appropriately, we can create more parking spaces. Or, if the building is complete and is operating, we can creat additional parking and/or storage spaces. Usually we can add 100% to the existing number of spaces.
Parking complex can locate on the ground level, or mounted mounted inside or outside blind ends of the premise, on rooftops, or on water.

Examples of operating objects.
You can see a robotic car park of 16 parking lots on 2 floors with a built-in reception desk. (The project was conducted by our partner Shikma Knowledge & Technology LTD using this technology. Location is Tel-Aviv, Yona Hanavi 25).
This one is a residential building in Tel-Aviv, Israel (Tel-Aviv, Masaryk 15). The project of robotic car parking area for 32 parking lots was implemented on 2 floors.
There are 4 shuttles on each floor operating in sync. The room with the glazing is a reception compartment for check-in and return of the vehicle.
